- Upon delivery we will require a clear path for a smooth delivery and setup.

- Flat level area if required for set up. Please state upon booking if the set area has steps, pebbles, gravel, or steep incline. Your entire booking can be cancelled if the above details are not provided and if access requirements are not met.

- We will need a power point outlet and the set-up area should be in between the 25m range. EXTENSION LEADS are supplied by our staff.
Arrival
- Our arrival time is generally 1hr prior to the commencement of the party and 1hr after the party has finished, to ensure a smooth set up and pick up.
